Building Accessibility Arrangements
The following accessibility arrangements exist in the company offices, located at the eastern end of the building at the entrance to Kibbutz Horashim*:

Two free disabled parking spaces are available before entering the offices.
Continuous access from the parking lot to the building entrance.
An accessible restroom is available on the office floor.
Accessible service stations are available at the reception area.
If needed, representatives at the service stations can assist with filling out forms.

Employee accessibility training: Training sessions are held to familiarize staff with accessibility issues, raise awareness, and provide practical tools for delivering accessible service.
Accessible call center: The voice response system is accessible, providing information in clear language without background music.
